Perhaps you'll indulge me...

If we get a deal with a major BP for B OM/IBD and if we get BTD and if P2B is very good (if not great), what are the chances we move straight to full buyout? IYO, of course. And if these milestones are achieved, what would you posit as the total ticket price?

I'm not asking you to compose a term sheet; just the broad strokes. Frankly, I'm more interested in your thought process than the final number, though I'm sure your numbers would be insightful, too.
