Yeah, that's the thing, if the company is going to raise cash through a stock sale, they (the company) could have retired this debt on far better terms, 20% of what their CEO and Chairman elected to do for himself. Sure it was out of pure generosity, though.

What was it, 57M shares he'd have if he exercised all the stock warrants and notes at his disposal? The way that pays off is if the company gets sold. At today's PPS, it's north of $25M in one pocket. Problem is, no person/company/entity with the $ chops to buy it even today will do so due to horrible financial performance from a product that isn't selling.
