"why don't we let the management handle the IDCC plan".

Because two key analysts just told IDCC in no uncertain terms they are dropping the ball.

IDCC lost credibility by declaring victory over NOKIA/SAM. They wanted analyst coverage and institutional investing and they got it. This comes at a price. The price is that you no have more groups involved in your decisions. The 5 million share options defeat is an example of this. You also have these groups questioning your business plan and your team.

I do not see how putting pressure on this group to "STEP UP" is telling management how to handle the plan. I don't see any good coming out of totally ignoring TC's report. The only way to keep analyst coverage and keep managements plans in place is to execute faster. By TC calling for Harry's head he must be at the end of his patience. This is not a good thing. Some agressive steps by management can get Carpenter back on board and re-establish his faith in Harry and Company.
