If Hassett has good news to share he will share it. He has never directly addressed what has gone wrong.
I'm hoping the Mexican farmer customers have agreed to work toward deliver for next spring with the delay and requirement being NAFTA renewed before moving forward. We cannot go into production without a large order to fund it. If that is the case we probably won't hear an announcement until a new contract can be drawn up which would be when both new NAFTA is finalized into law and funding is attained....could be next spring for both.
In the meantime I hope they are working on getting new customers and capabilities (like the 125KVA). The 125KVA requires their heat pipe cooling technology to be embedded in the generator. Getting a working version of that technology could open up new more lucrative markets, and be something they could PR.
Last thing we need is the distraction of another lawsuit that they have to dump money into.
