Not sure if you guys are aware but IMO this is no way a targeted instance or witch hunt. The SEC has been cracking down on all 'late in filing' companies; there was a week in September that they suspended trading in like 135 companies.

I 'think' that after this early warning they received they still have some time. Don't quote me on this but from some that I've researched it appears it took 3-9 months for the actual suspension to take place.
