I took a quick look at it Don...and it appears genuine, as there is a word for word English to Russian translation against each contractual 'shall' statement.

Interestingly there is a payment Ts & Cs schedule for 30 cities - as originally stated by GTE

and finally there are both party signatures - Maxim Chernizov (Internafta Director General), but can't make out who the GTEM Exec is - it's not Huff
