Basically chanbond must share 19 of the 29 documents that they were cliaming priveledge for because andrews ruled that they were not drafted in anticipation of litigation.

Without knowing exactly what is in each of these document its hard to say what this means.... however most of the documents that they have to produce date back to before 2014. And those that they have priveledge for are 2015 and after. ... my guess is that most of the documents they have to produce are inconsequential to.valuation of the patents but rather the industry make up itself.
