This seems to be the theme of this investment.

Just wait until NOKIA phase II.
Just wait until JPO releases patents for PANASONIC.
Just wait until SAMSUNG arbitration.
Just wait until ERICSSON resolution.
Just wait intil NOKIA arbitration.

In my opinion, this company needs to be more agreesive. With the TC downgrade we are now in danger of losing a very valuable analyst. SHOULDA, COULDA, WOULDA comes to mind.

I'm not for any reckless move like replacing Harry. I just think that the passive ways of the past have stagnated this company. It is time for some new ideas and new tactics. Find a new partner who can develop new products in less time then IFX. Use the $120 million to expand the business into wireless services. Initiate a law suit on a company currently not licensced for 3G and who are shipping products (LG?). Bring top level people who can complement this team. Close some more small deals like RIMM (PALM?).

The analysts (TC and Marsela) basically are telling IDCC to put up or shut up and I'm sure they dislike the words "just wait until".
