Thanks for the candor and honesty. I take it veal and adamson never responded. I have no reason to doubt anything you type, but I don't have the time to verify things yet today. I do this to substantiate your information in support. Not to discredit.
I actually research companies first, like h-j-oe as a legitimate investment vehicle in a positive view, and it's only after the dark stuff starts showing up and disproves my data do I turn to posting against said companies.
It is very difficult with veal and adamson to find the truth, so to have a unrelated 3rd body to add support to your information is more ammo against a shyster organization.
I'm sorry for what you have gone through, I've done the same with other home/office businesses and you have to do what you have to do to survive.
I believe h-j-oe is a smaller garage entity than yours or even the Michigani (sp) dealer. They tried to operate vicariously through dealers. It's a viable business structure, but to do so, they have to support, not put off. V&A clearly were running it as a type of ponzi scheme. Too much using dealers money and no company money or support. Nothing really new, just a bad way to run a business.
You are the result. I believe one of you two are based in Michigan as well. I'm surprised to not see a lawsuit to go with the other ones against h-j-oe.
Do you believe like I do that v&a sold off to Korea to hide or protect whats left of h-j-oe assets? The timing is suspect with the courts.
Good luck with your business and I hope you have closure with these shysters.
