Matt, I write this email with a heavy heart as this is not the outcome I would of liked to of had but we have a huge problem that needs to be settled asap.

I have never had a company charge me a month in advance and now it has happened more than once. last time was almost 3 months before product arrived. ( KC BBQ )

It don't take me this long to get the products I order from china and they never charge full amount up front just 25% deposit and balance upon shipment.

We busted our ass and gave up a lot of precious time during Quarter 4 getting the jerky launched on amazon and now it has been out of stock for weeks and will be weeks before back in stock.

When all said and done we make 1.15 per bag. after amazon fees, shipping cost and warehouse cost. this does not include the cost of shipping to amazon or box cost to send the 8 cases in at a time. (maximum weight allowed by amazon per box)

I Can not continue to do business with your company like this so by end of day tomorrow 5-2-2017 I need a tracking number (for all product ordered not bits and pieces) or a refund in the amount of $4387.20 or I will be in contact with Discover card.

I would prefer to continue doing business.

You have a good product..

But I am prepared to walk away.

There is way too much opportunity out there without the aggravation.

Harold, I appreciate your patience and understand your frustration. I apologize and appreciate the help you have given us. We've been shorthanded, with one of our people out in the last 60 days on a temporary project that turned different than we thought, were trying to fix this as fast as we can, while getting a six figure shipment to Korea out as well.

Just like my wife, your tired of words, I understand. so I will be brief. Shawn will be getting you a tracking number today, and afterwards lets talk again. Again, I do appreciate all you are doing for us and will continue to strive to get back in good graces.
