exactly right but factoring involves "selling" the invoices - after that SGSID is done. it has sold the asset and has no liability

but here they have a liability still, I cannot understand it.

its great safe invoices and they can exploit the cash flow getting the cash 90 days earlier but why do it as a "loan" not true factoring?

you do not borrow you sell the asset as Xfinity says , clean simple awesome
