A few reasons. Pros:

- Many penny stocks that get attention see extreme gains only to see them go into quadruple 0's in share price with most losing their shirts. BSEG has worked to keep business going, and to create productions and network.

- I spoke to management multiple times, and see management works hard put the hours in on finding deals to grow the company.

- Projects that were successful in the past were wisely used to pay down debt. Debt in early 2010's was around 1 million is now 185k.

- No dilution for years and years (unlike many other penny stocks).

- They have approx $4+ million in accounts receivable so there is work and money that should be flowing into the company soon or at some point as registered revenue.

- Jimmy Jiang (BSEG Director/Treasurer) has influential friends in China including Yang Buting former China Film Group corporation chairman. This connection has helped BSEG partner with companies in China for production work and service work.

- Mr. Jiang was also on the board of a company that he consulted for in the mid 2000's that was listed on Nasdaq. I presume from that management experience at some point he will want to implement that for BSEG as well.

- Many projects on the slate now that connections and networks that were developed starting in 2012 are now in play. BSEG is now back to developing properties and films. Im sure int he meantime they will also continue working on other production, editing, and service work for other parties.

Cons
- I don't like the lack of news, however deal making, and legality, and ideas in Hollywood are rife for theft and keeps most pre-development projects stay under wraps until the deal is signed etc. Also Hollywood and the industry is rife for stealing ideas so keeping tight lipped about things is a wise thing.

- If there was more news and exposure to what BSEG is doing and the networking they've done in the past few years into a Global market and more specifically the burgeoning Chinese cinema market, I think more people would invest in BSEG. However with the lack of news and reporting that doesnt come to fruition yet.

Honestly in the end...
Things have moved slower than any of us of course ever wanted, but I noticed a small public company that I could grow with going back to 2003 when I first invested in them. I have accumulated over time and now could only wish good fortune to them.
