I'll be happy to share any reply from the SEC, but it will likely be in the form of a canned response telling me that they'll look into it, but from here on in, everything will be confidential.

I should have copied and saved the text section of the complaint.

Essentially, I sent the links and documents about Moran's pleading guilty in the TRICARE fraud case, along with Dewmar's 2014 filing that shows the checks that Health & Wellness Resource Center (DEWM's wholly-owned subsidiary) received from Medworx, which he co-owned with another felon involved in the case.

I also noted the recent rise in the stock price, which appears to be a pump and dump effort that's using rumors of joint ventures, hemp and marijuana, and other things to pump the stock.

I closed with suggesting that the stock should be suspended immediately, in order to prevent unknowing people from being scammed in a P&D scheme.
