Dewmar Owns Lean. Who will hire this felon?

Trademark Info shows that Demar owns the Lean brand (see registrant name):

http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4807:r39ozw.2.1

But Lean still has the FDA matter hanging over it (Moran essentially ignored the FDA or danced around its requests for info, buying for time):

https://www.fda.gov/iceci/enforcementactions/warningletters/ucm390967.htm

Lean sales have been pretty pitiful since 2014, and if the company had not taken in 6M in 2014 and 2015 from the criminal TRICARE scheme via Medwork, DEWM would not have shown a profit over the past 3 - 4 years.

Lean was on Walmart shares for a short time, but the promised $100K marketing campaign never materialized, so it appears to have disappeared from the shelves. The only online source is usually a company called Virtual Exchanges, which sells a case now and then.

DEWM doesn't own the Kush Cakes brand. Moran does, through his High Margins, LLC company, which isn't officially registered in the State of Mississippi.

As to the other supposed brand managment businesses, most have failed or not been renewed.

Canna is gone
C-Swiss is gone
Physi-pet is gone
YellowJacket is gone

Moran spoke of other brands, like V-fresher, but seems to have spent little time promoting them.

DEWM's hemp page is dead.

The feds will soon come after Dewmar's ill-gotten $6M, and the company will have to declare bankruptcy.

When a company had little business and is bankrupt, what is the stock worth?

The above, of course, assumes that the SEC doesn't suspend the stock. I wrote the SEC today about Moran's felony guilty plea and the source of DEWM's assets. I'll probably receive the standard canned response,

"Soylent Green is people!!!"
