Last time I checked KCG Americas was the parent company of market maker NITE. Which to me is a good sign. It appears that BIGG has spent millions of dollars to implement quality control programs on some of the companies they represent. Maybe some of these companies were takeover targets so it may have been in their own interests to be quiet regarding their dealings in the marketplace.
