Please stop with the warrant thing. Your assertions are not accurate.

The simple calc on Shareowner Equity is the sum of all assets minus the sum of all liabilities. That is as simple as it gets. Doesn't matter if there are 100 shares outstanding ...... or 100 billion shares outstanding.

SE is what a shareholder might be left with after a company pays all it debts. Nothing more, nothing less.

IPCI's SE has been negative 3 of the last 4 qtrs......
