The very worst scenario I see here is this.

We get paid whatever cash has accumulated and SOMEHOW the SH assets BYPASS US and go to the company indirectly SOMEHOW!!!!!!!!!!!

But that STILL puts that value underlying WMIH stock, and that would give WMIH a HUGE SHARE PRICE!!!

So we'd still end up winning in the long run...

24 bill $ divided by 100 mill shares ='s $240
65 bill $ divided by 100 mill shares ='s $650
86 bill $ divided by 100 mill shares ='s $860

Now those numbers are what would be in VALUE/ASSETS PER SHARE in WMIH in earning/lending potential, so WHO knows what the possible share price would or could be.

I've been trying to find how they could possibly do this but I have not been able to find a way.

So it only lead me to one way they can get those back here and that is to DO A TRUE REORG and put all right back in their respective positions they were in immediately prior to the EXCHANGE to
