Still waters run deep ...

I just finished looking over the slide show summarizing the FDA's Challenge program and, yes, the very same passage jumped out as being highly relevant. I have the same question - "How can we not be accepted into the program?" - to be announced in Nov '18.

The full musculo-skeletal clearance is still hanging in the air. Lack of full clearance at this point is embarrassing for all except those raking in the opioid profits. When? ... and why is there this presumed holdup? Is Big Pharma stalling the inevitable, just pissing about mucking things up b/c they can get away with it?

The company has been very quiet. Not only with Keith, but it sure seems everybody is mum. And then CVS is discovered to be carrying our product (w/ Protex, another collaboration!!!) in selected stores and we collectively act like sharks with blood in the water. And why the hell not? Talk about a bombshell! And yet not a peep. If CVS is on board, where is and how far behind could Walmart, Costco, Walgreens and Target be? Not to mention all the other known associations, MundiPharma, etc.

Some cryptic commentary on the board hinting at ... beats the <you-know-what> out of me but sitting on 'pins & needles' anticipating. Is there a coordination taking shape, say, between what is happening with the SEC settlement & the FDA full clearance & the FDA challenge & Dr. Scholl's product announcement & the CVS agreement announcement? Or some combination thereof?

Don't know, but do love a good <who-done-it> mystery esp'ly when I could very well be a beneficiary of the great revealing, one big press release at a time. This could be an exciting next 60-90 days.

Take care, beacham
