Dilution from debt, loans, Pref shares, etc. are all just dilution. A company’s value is based upon all shares out or yet to be converted. It doesn’t matter the source, it’s all dilution and almost always bad for shareholders. If the investment nets more than the dilution loses, it’ll be good. If not, as in Rich’s past 14 years with 8 other businesses (products), it’ll be bad.

My odds are 90%, longs will only lose money thanks to his recent RS announcement and new 500M shares to be issued at some point.
