Yahoo's numbers are incorrect.

Current OS is about 1 billion.

A reverse split is the "kiss of death" for a company and is only done (for the most part) to maintain share price listing requirements for an exchange.

If a company wants to reduce outstanding shares (OS), and they are healthy, they do a share buy-back. Not a reverse split.
