Sussman knew roughly how much retained assets there were. There is no point to have it audited just to have the HF and Rosie stealing it. So his strategy is just to win enough so that shareholders can have the Estate, which he did. Unfortunately, retail didn't buy enough of the WAMU stocks while the HF did and they still own the majority of the Estate. But this is our fault. If an opportunity presents and we don't take advantage of it then nobody can help.
