TRW is a scam.

Same BOD, same Solly.

1/3 of TRW is already in Siaf value. It didn't raise Siaf value.
There is no money in TRW, they couldn't pay dividend, their debt to Siaf or help Siaf in any way.
Vice versa TRW is used as an excuse where money (that Siaf really doesn't have) disappears to "TRW capex building". It's rubbish.

There is no capex, no money, no business, no cash flow in TRW.
