You need to read all the filings before buying any stock. They filed a pre-14C on August 30th, most likely see a def 14C next week or so, then they’ll RS, probably late October. It’s only a 10 to 1, but the share price will continue to suffer, until it’s over. You might get lucky and see it bounce back up to 0007, but probably not.
