Things are starting to heat up. Looks like they are doing a Delaware Corporate Restructure:

AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER


This AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER (the “Agreement”), entered into as of September 5, 2018, by and among USSE Delaware, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Predecessor”), Quick Start Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Successor”) and a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Predecessor, and USSE Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Merger Sub”) and a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Successor.

Before anyone freaks out, all shares will convert one for one from what I see (see quote below) and none of the companies from above are the "Merge In" company. It looks like they are cleaning things up even more for the new company and my guess is for all the work we are going to have a serious company coming in! In my opinion the Merge In wouldn't go through all the trouble if they were some fluff company.

It also appears they've already applied for a new ticker and I'm sure we go Pink Current with the announcement and/or jump to QB nearly simultaneously.

(a) Conversion of Predecessor Common Stock. Each share of Predecessor Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time shall be converted into one validly issued, fully paid and non-assessable share of Successor Common Stock.

I have my guesses as to who is coming in here (a certain MJ related company), but I'm going to keep that to myself for now until I have more proof as right now it's namely the timing and a few other minor things that make me think it could be this particular company.

Hold on tight, because this thing could pop any time!
