Read the last 10Q and you will see that notes will convert to common shares at an execution price of .14 and .17 cents.

The current share structure would not support the conversation, therefore they needed to increase the AS.

So, is the company expecting the price to go above 14 cents soon?

Maybe a major catalyst, such as the Visyon acquisition and Georgia Broadcasting deal would get them there?
