There WAS a breech of contract and a "agreement" was reached, IN COURT, IN FRONT OF A JUDGE, and Jammin Java is to pay Marley Family for unpaid royalties incurred both during the original contract and after the contract was cancelled for the first breech. Then Jammin continued to use the Marley name after Marley gave them a second chance but Jammin AGAIN failed to pay and got slapped for that as well. THEN they used the Marley name WITHOUT PERMISSION while dumping the remaining inventory.
