Timing of announcements and late 10Q etc is all just an orchestration of timing in order to achieve the biggest pump in share price over the penny season. Notice how while we have ben waiting the chart has taken the time to fully consolidate for the next leg up? That is intentional. The company is watching the stock and making timing decisions with what they already have to announce... Pretty simple strategy..
