maybe so carolyn....
BUT
just because you have had one wine from a certain winery and you either did or didn't like it doesn't make other wines from the same winery will be either likeable or not - i find many, many times i will like one or two wines from a winery but definitely don't like others from the same winery - and - i also find that some wine will not go well with some food but will go well with other stuff - hence why i buy as much as i do - a wine for every occaision!!!

how does one cook sturgeon.....
well... in this case i placed it in a cooking bag along with some "old bay" seasoning from Mccormick (see link below) and cooked it until just barely flaky (prox 25 mins) and - during the last 7 or 8 mins boiled the corn - most fish might need a little added moisture but this sturgeon has plenty

http://www.mccormick.com/mc/prd/prflvrb.cfm/pl/9

i have heard of others who have broiled them and still others who have grilled them on the BBQ - i'm guessing that either of these three ways would get you a mighty good tasting fish

what does sturgeon taste like.....
it is a moderatly firm white meat - something on the order of shark but not quite as dense and tends to be flakey like a salmon but not quite as - and its taste is not that much different than shark only a bit more "wild" because of their diet
