But why let it go out of stock?

I get refreshing the packaging, or even fully redesigning the product. What I don’t get is essentially pulling an FDA cleared pain relief device from the market entirely.

I guess if the product was selling so poorly to begin with, they may have decided it didn’t matter. This is the kind of curious business decision that leaves many of us scratching our heads.
