The only .reason for this response is for those new people that don't do DD. A lot of companys today choose to go to the Greys in order to devote more attention to their company and increase it's value. By going to the greys it frees them from OTC reporting until they are ready to upgrade or go IPO . I'm sure being that you seem to know a lot you knew this.GO MHYS$$$$$$$
