I think that they have had more than enough time, even considering the new Cali acquisition issue. This is a planned delay by Mark and Brett. If they have sooo much good news and revenue, I would think they would want to release it. The only reason I can think of for the big delay is that the news is not very good or really bad. They don't want the SP to drop, so that when the "debt holders" sell their shares, they get as much $$$ as possible.
