Tbh I thought it meant something more, like they had to file something with OTC to get that status, but it might just do that automatically when a stock closes above $5 on the day, not sure if anyone can clarify? However I could've sworn I didn't see that there yesterday when the price closed at $5... so I thought it meant something good regarding their legitimacy and current status.
