Uh, yes there is. If the proposed merger falls through, it certainly could. While I think it’s unlikely at this point, it’s still possible. It’s already in the 60 day extension period, and we still have a few weeks before the vote. And haven’t a couple other deals with Marker already fallen through? I think this may be why TPIV hasn’t run higher; the deal’s not done until it’s done.
