Dewmar doesn't own any of the products it distributes. So what is it that would be acquired in a merger? This is nonsense. That's the fundamental factor that people seem to be missing.

Furthermore, Dewmar is a "brand building" company that distributes SOMEONE ELSE's product. Any assets obtained by HWRC will be seized and/or are being sold and forfeited as part of a plea deal.

Moran is a con man. Unfortunately for people who have been drawn into the con, they often cannot see the end of the tunnel. Hopefully there will be no other victims.
