by regulation the sec can suspend only for 10 days. to suspend again they would have to have a completely different reason.
Cancellation of shares not happening.
the sec has already begun revocation proceedings. while revocation does not cancel shares, it does eliminate a market for those shares. any buying or selling will have to be done through private transactions.
