NO!!! LIBE has NOT acquired 51% of failing Peppermint Jim!


"Maybe" they "will", but thus far they have NOT!!!

NO 8K on closure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This "deal" did not consummate, just like every other failed deal of LIBE! It should embarrass all investors to have this at top of the board!
