not going to be delisted - exchanges often in my experience give companies 5 or more months to get back to 1 dollar pps AFTER notification- would be long time before zn was even notified imo.

one such big board company last i looked was only 6c pps -had not been above 1 dollar since jan! and exchange gave them til feb 28 to rectify that! which is not unusual(except for how low pps was)

another big board oil and gas co husa has been 22c and hasnt been above a dollar for 5 years or more

if pps is below a dollar for over 1 year then zn might have to r/s to stay on nasdaq- but u see that is negative unnecessary future speculation

theres nothing magical about big boards except the high costs to stay on them -150 k/yr on nasdaq

which is why many foreign blue chips and other high quality otc stocks trade on the otcqx created in 2009. otcqx has many of the same quality requirements but allows pps down to .25 or less and institutions trade on the otcqx just fine
