I can only think he’s planning a pump or less likely, handing off Dewm to someone else... either way he’s thinking there’s a lot of money to be made here so he have given someone a heads up. He may also have cash on hand and has someone buying it up for his and their own profits.

Just speculating- but I wouldn’t put anything past him.
