You must still see your shares in your account. Right? So, what do you think will happen to your shares' price in case of a buyout or court win? As long as your shares are in your account their value will get adjusted by the payout. Cannot get simpler than that.

Just wondering if he gave you the impression that any win will "flow" thru this stock
