I live in Central-Europe, in a small country, Hungary. I sold my house in best part of the capital, Budapest. I got more than half a million$ but I lost more than 300k because of the mortgage based on CHF (swiss franc). Now I rent a flat for 1,6k/month and would like to buy or built a new house with help of Cytrx shares! lol! It wasn't a good investment yet! Blocked me for 1,5 year long ... .
Real estate market is up and down by 10-15 year period, good to buy at he bottom. But some locations are not poular enough to move by the waves, I think. Better to calculate the value of the plot plus the construction costs. That's a real selling price, except nobody wants to leave there!
I hope Cytrx will give us a big turkey for Thanksgiving present!
