Where is it that you live in Europe, Rodin? I currently live in a very small town in rural West Tennessee. They say, with R/E, it's all about the 3 most important things: Location, location and location! I'm trying to sell my Mom's house to settle her estate and can't sell it for less than half of the Nashville house although it's superior in both house and lot size along with many other amenities. Same with the house my daughter is buying in Knoxville. A very nice 900 sq ft house on a small lot, $114,000 or over $130/SF while this house is only $53/SF!!?? Figure it's the location. LOL!

IMO, CYTR is VERY undervalued based on the "Knowns". It's the "Unknowns" that are really hurting CYTR and allowing those wanting to do so, to manipulate the pps. I could buy a lot more shares, but hesitate because I have no idea when the "Unknowns" become "Knowns", and when the manipulation will end. It doesn't appear that the "Shorts" are done with CYTR just yet, so I watch and wait!

I do hope that we'll be able to upgrade our lifestyle once CTYR's true value is recognized. I WILL NOT hesitate to start unloading some of my CYTR shares should a correction in current pps occur whether on news, or just as likely, no news!! ;p
