juv, this is true, it can happen. but I am not going to incriminate the company or its officers on wrong doing. that is what the law suit is about, and I dont believe in it. I did not buy until after the Russian fiasco, I saw it for what it was and waited, I had no inside info, just common sense that says it may not happen. business deals frequently fall apart for many reasons.
