Lc3ltd, I have an update...

FTC filed their pretrial statement on 9/4, it was 1100 pages of "Baffle them with BS" in my opinion.

IVDN just filed THEIR pretrial statement yesterday, much cleaner, simpler and to the point.

There are various and sundry motions and filings that are schedule to take place over the next 3 months

Bench trial with Judge Fisher is schedule to begin on January 22, 2019, and last 2-3 weeks at the most.

Worst case scenario, there should be a final decision by Mid February or so.

It remains my opinion that the judge can end this case at any time, but I have to THINK that we will have to go all the way thru the trial to get closure on this case

In the meantime, there is nothing to stop IVDN from selling Insultex for clothing, or for that matter, selling House Wrap overseas

If something like that were to happen, case or no case, this stock would probably move back above a dollar

Unfortunately, I have no idea if or when that might happen
