It may appear that way since there is a lot of shares trading everyday on no news. The lack of progress is appropriate level of funding to begin production and customers wanting to actually put a down payment on the table. Also, they need to get at least a few MG units out in the working world instead of in Colorado and in Mark's backyard.

In my opinion, with the appropriate level of capital to get production started and getting a couple of trucks in Mexico or in the States, assuming proper execution with this management team, this stock could be interesting.
