I can’t see that happening in the slightest since sound concepts agreed to be paid in part with common shares per the S-1.

What people are not getting here is that where we are trading at and the actual value of our company are not at all related.

Rory spoke many months ago about how professionals (Nasdaq) value tech companies. It’s not about the now revenues. It’s about potential revenue in this sector.

Sound concepts may be a much larger company than us but we are to be valued much much higher. Another reason they want this acquisition/merger to happen. IMO
