You definitely bring up some good points that I'm sure most people don't think of. Originally there were a few people questioning the move to Houston since we moved to Jacksonville to be close to the Mayo Clinic. I like the move to Houston but I did question Peter if it would cause any harm to the relationship w/ Mayo. The answer I got was along the lines of "I can count on one hand the number of times I've been to the Mayo offices." Point being while Mayo is in Jacksonville it doesn't matter if Tapimmune/Marker is or not. With the transition to cell therapy Houston is the better place to be. Plus, that's where the Baylor College of Medicine is and they are the ones running all the current Marker trials.

The reincorporation in Delaware is a lot bigger than most will think. Your outline of the benefits of this are spot on. You all might remember that PR of the investigation into Tapimmune and the following puny class action that followed. There was absolutely nothing to the lawsuit and the law firm was essentially just looking for a quick settlement out of court. Unfortunately it happens all the time. I spoke to peter about this the day of the PR, August 3rd. He mirrored my thoughts, nothing to the lawsuit but the law firm wants a quick settlement. He then went on to say that they can file the suit in the state the Tapimmune is incorporated in (Nevada) or the state that they do business in (Florida). He said it will most likely be filed in Nevada because Delaware has set a precedent to throw these frivolous lawsuits out and other states are starting to follow suit, including Florida. Sure enough August 13th the lawsuit is filed in Nevada because they have not set a precedent of throwing these cases out. I'm not sure what, if anything, will come of the class action but the point is Delaware is a better state than Nevada for incorporation.

FWIW I also agree with you that we will acquire ViraCyte given it is alluded to in the proxy materials. Time will tell.
