Dewmar's filings state he is critical and essential to Dewmar's survival. Those statements are in the 8k. The whole scam called Dewmar has been a front for Marco. This guy is a snake oil salesmen. Dewmar doesnt own anything. It doesn't even own Lean. Dewmar is just a promotion machine for Morans enormous ego and "superhuman strength."
Sooner or later the SEC is going to shut this scam down.
