Why offer the 13 MSOs any potential ammo that could change the damage dollars? Mr. Carter and UOIP has done this correctly, UOIP bought the patents, and gave an expert in the IP monetization field (Mr. Carter) control of chanbond, he got the best law firm, filed suit after making the decision that there was money to be made in this deal. He also has gone dark, everything is in court documents.... again why provide ammo to the other companies he gains nothing by doing that???

The last two documents in Pacer were In-camera from 13 MSOs lawyers and a letter from our lawyers to the Hon. Judge Andrews.

What if settlement is around the corner?
