even you buy options, it's have timing issue. but you can exercise it with some money. for example you buy 4c cost some money. and current it's worth $8. when you exec 1 call fr 4 strike. just cost you 4 * 100 = $400 with few commission. then wait 3 day. you will get 100 share. share don't have timing issue. when exec related tax.
