Because the site is a hacked site. You can see in the pages code that it links back to gmpg.org/xfn/11 which is known malware carrier. I find it interesting that a company that wants to be in crypto currency cant even secure its own website.
You might wanna scan your computer with Malwarebytes or something similar if you were playing with the shopping links on bdgrnewco.
